Executive AssistantAs Service Delivery Coordinator you will provide assistance to administer the effective coordination of the Communication, Technology and Online Learning Teams. Working in the Technology and Online Learning team you will report directly to the Division Head. 
  
To be successful in this position you need to be a person of integrity, with high-level administrative and technical skills, or the capacity to learn to use, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Click Dimensions and Microsoft Dynamics. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration across different teams, including, but not limited to:
  
  • Development of presentations (MS Office)
  • Event management for relevant committees, programs and networking events
  • Administer vendor contracts, quotation, delivery, invoicing and authorisation processes
• Administrate key projects, including creating scopes, timelines and invoice management
• Manage Intranet and Document Management System (SharePoint) content
• Responsible for writing large documents to multiple stakeholders
• Attend and document IT and Change Management meetings etc. 

Selection Criteria

• Outstanding spoken and written English
• High level inter-personal and professional presentation skills
• Advanced document management, proof-reading and editing skills
• Advanced administration and computer skills including MS Office 365 Suite
• Experience using ICT tools including:
  • Document management eg: Microsoft Share Point
  • CRM eg: Microsoft Dynamics
  • E-mail campaign systems eg: Click Dimensions
