Simon founded Genesis IT in 2001 and, as the current Managing Director, still has a very hands-on role within the business. With a recruitment career spanning three decades spent both here in Australia and overseas, Simon has developed a wealth of practical knowledge, and experienced many of the highs and lows that come with a lifetime dedicated to such a dynamic industry.

In addition to being the Managing Director of Genesis, Simon is an MBA-qualified corporate advisor, business owner and investor, with high-level competencies in the formulation and facilitation of sales and growth strategies, financial management, mentoring and leadership.
