What you will be doing
As a Project/Account Manager your role will be varied across technical requirements, customer relations and managing developers to deliver the software and training to the clients in a timely manner. You will manage the creation and implementation of the software, so from the outset will liaise with the client to better understand their technical needs and relay those needs to the outsourced developer team. You will need to script and implement each survey online, then train the appropriate individuals per client on how to use the full function of the survey/reporting features. From time to time you will need to trouble shoot problems directed from internal or external stakeholders as well as keep all clients up to date with improved functionality. This is an exciting and crucial role which blends technical skills and client relationship building. The role is built around delivery of service so you will need to demonstrate urgency and accuracy as key strengths.
 
Ideally you will have

• Up to three years project management experience in the Research or Digital/Online arena
• Demonstrated ability to provide training to clients on software applications
• Experience in working on a large number of small projects as opposed to 1-2 larger projects
• HTML design skills as well as knowledge of Dreamweaver
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ideally you will be degree qualified in either Business / Marketing or something related

 
On offer to you
For the right candidate my client is looking to offer a salary base of $775,000 + Bonus + Super. To ensure your longevity within the business you will exposed to on-going training and support by a motivational management structure.
