With a career spanning 18 years, Alana has forged a reputation as a highly respected IT recruitment specialist, growing and leading successful teams of recruiters since 2018.

Alana’s area of focus has been Project Services, an IT vertical she has immersed herself in for nearly twenty years. With a proven ability to reach broad and diverse audiences with valuable information on career opportunities, Alana acts as a trusted advisor to an impressive portfolio of corporate clients and government agencies. 

Whilst Project Services remains at the heart of what Alana does, she now manages the national recruitment team and performs a pivotal role at Genesis IT as a member of their Leadership Team. 

Always sharing her passion for the industry, Alana thrives on training and nurturing her team. She believes mentoring the next generation of upcoming talent is imperative to the progress of the industry and is the Founder of The Genesis Genuine Connections Program, a pro bono mentoring program for the IT industry. Alana is also an independent mentor for the RCSA PEARL Program.
