Genuine Connections Program

Genesis IT have created The Genuine Connections Program to provide short term, focused and impactful mentoring connections for IT professionals.

Our inaugural Project Management Program will run from September 2023 – March 2024.

During the 6 month program we will personally match experienced Project Managers with junior Mentees.

The aim of the program is to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between Mentor and Mentee.
 
To create a supportive environment where Project Coordinators, Junior Project Managers or aspiring PMs can benefit from the shared wisdom of their Mentor to develop decision making, leadership and communication skills in their specific field.
